Return Window

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Start a Return

Before returning any item, please contact Negative28 to obtain return authorization.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Be in original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be received by Negative28 within the 30-day return period

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, odors, pet hair, stains, or other use may be denied or subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been altered or customized after purchase

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.

No restocking fee will be charged if the return is due to:

  • An incorrect item shipped by Negative28
  • A verified manufacturing defect

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Negative28 does not provide prepaid return labels
  • Customers should use a trackable shipping service
  • Negative28 is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit

Order Inspection

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact Negative28 within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging when applicable

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • PayPal and Shop Pay transactions may be subject to non-refundable payment processing fees
  • Refunds are typically processed within 4–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected

Refund Delays

If you have not received your refund within 5 business days after approval, please contact your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor before contacting us.
