Domestic U.S. Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer FREE Standard Shipping within the contiguous United States on all orders over $50.

Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Which carriers do you use?

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and package size.

What if my order doesn't qualify for free shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Can I choose my shipping method?

Yes. Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout, and you may select your preferred service.

Will my order ship in multiple packages?

Occasionally. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on product availability or packaging requirements. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Canadian Shipping

Do you offer shipping to Canada?

Yes. We ship to Canada and offer FREE Shipping on orders over $500, excluding oversized items.

Are duties and taxes included?

No. Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.


International Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide using USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other available international carriers.

Who is responsible for import duties and taxes?

All import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does international shipping take?

International orders typically require 1–5 business days for processing before shipment.

Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs clearance, and local postal services. Estimated delivery dates provided by carriers are not guaranteed.

What if my package is delayed?

International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

In rare cases, international deliveries may take several weeks to arrive.

When is a package considered lost?

International orders will not be considered lost or eligible for replacement until 90 days have passed from the shipment date.
